A charming escape by the river

We were delighted with the spacious dining area, where breakfast was served with cheerful staff. The location near the Grotto.

Parking was a hassle as the lot was quite far from the hotel, requiring a bit of a trek before we could settle in for our stay.

I liked the hotel, it was functional and exceptionally clean with good and stunning location to the train station located about 15 minutes or so. The staff was very helpful and friendly multilingual and always on disposal. The highlight was the outstanding food. The services were exceptional, including good breakfasts and private parking if needed. The stay was lovely, recommend.

In overall, the place is homely, has friendly multilingual and helpful staff on reception desk. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to also a glassed over conservatory area. Also, a wax museum is just a short stroll away from the property.

I loved the welcome we were given, the staff were very friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. We have stayed a number of times and we will be there again next year.

Absolutley shocking stay! The bathrooms are ancient, and have the most horrendous shower curtain. Found socks from the previous guest under my bed! If i had gotten a complimentary gesture, i might've forgiven these inconveniences, but it woudl ve been too much to ask evidently. Almost gave this place a decent review, but just couldn't.

Stunning location right near the river with views of the mountains. Besides, excellent for visiting a long-running wax museum.

For the price we paid for 3 nights stay, hard to beat. Hotel staff were very helpful.

The staff were friendly, we felt comfortable . The hotel was conveniently located near pilgrimage sites and offered step-free wheelchair accessible facilities.

While the hotel provided good amenities, the distance to parking could be bothersome for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is ideally situated approx 5 minute walk to grotto. It is quiet and very comfortable. I was a solo traveller and received a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and I shall stay there again. Thank you.

Spacious dining area with a varied buffet breakfast made for a pleasant start to the day. Proximity to the river, along with comfortable rooms, enabled a serene escape while still being just a stone's throw from main attractions.

Air conditioning issues noted upon check-in, with lengthy delays in resolution. The bathrooms felt outdated with plastic shower curtains and a lack of adequate cleanliness, drawing attention away from the otherwise well-maintained hotel environment. Navigating to parking was a hassle. It's quite a trek from the hotel and not as convenient as one would hope after a long journey.

Every time we stay in Lourdes, like to stay here. The breakfasts are satisfactory. The rooms are beautifully maintained with air conditioning, everything is very good.
